How to Fix

  1. 1

    Step 1: Press and hold the FILL key for 3 seconds to enter icemaker test mode.

  2. 2

    Step 2: Observe if icemaker runs 2 stages: harvest and fill water. If it completes both stages, mechanism is normal.

  3. 3

    Step 3: If mechanism does not cycle, check wiring harness connection from Main PCB to icemaker.

  4. 4

    Step 4: Check icemaker motor resistance. Replace icemaker unit if motor is defective.

  5. 5

    Step 5: If harness is good and motor resistance is correct but error persists, replace Main PCB.
